
I found more than one shrimp pasta salad recipe in my box. These 2 are easy and quick to prepare.

The first one, you should make the day before for the flavors to mix well.

Easy Shrimp and Pasta Salad
- 12 oz. pasta,(shells or macaroni) cooked and rinsed
- 12 oz. diced sharp cheddar cheese
- 10-12 diced sweet pickles
- 15 sliced green onions
- 5-7 cans shrimp
- 3 cup Miracle Whip
- 5 diced hard boiled eggs
Directions
All you have to do now is combine all ingredients and refrigerate overnight.

- 1/3 cup extra light olive oil
- 1/3 cup lemon juice from concentrate
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 4 tsp sugar
- 1 tsp dry mustard
- 1 tsp sesame seed, toasted
- 8 oz. rotini, cooked and drained
- 4 oz. snow peas, blanched and sliced mushrooms
- 1 carrot, pared and julienned
- 1/2 cup sliced green onions
- 8 oz. cooked tiny shrimp
Directions
Whisk together oil, lemon juice, soy sauce, sugar, mustard and sesame seed.
Combine rotini, snow peas, carrot and green onions with dressing.
Chill.
Stir in shrimp just before serving.
