- 1 pound cooked peeled shrimp, finely chopped
- 1 1/2 cups finely chopped lettuce
- 3/4 cup chopped celery
- 1/2 cup minced onions
- 2 tbsp chopped sweet green peppers
- 2 tbsp chopped sweet red peppers
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions
- 1/3 cup sweet pickle relish
- 2 tbsp ketchup or chili sauce
- 2 tsp prepared mustard
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 cup mayo
Directions
Combine all ingredients. Mix well. Chill several hours.
Serves 6 to 8.
