- 2 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
- 1 cup Olive Oil
- 1/2 pint Strawberries, tops cut off
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon Dried Leaf Tarragon, crumbled
- 1/4 teaspoon sugar
Directions
Combine oil, berries, vinegar, salt, pepper, tarragon and sugar in blender.
Blend until berries are pureed.
Serve strawberry vinaigrette immediately.
